HOW IT WORKS
One operating day, connected from Owner to driver.
GallonTracker records the real work of a water-delivery station without hiding delivery, payment, stock, or responsibility inside one combined number.
OWNER TERMINAL
The protected Owner Terminal provides operational oversight, customer and route administration, controlled dispatch, terminal and driver management, run monitoring, reports, stock visibility, and audit functions.
DRIVER TERMINAL
An authorised driver selects the assigned route and dated run, works customer stops, records delivered gallons, payment and outcome facts, searches for existing off-route customers, handles assigned dispatch work, and synchronises operational activity.
BYOD DRIVER ACCESS
The Owner can enrol an approved Android phone for an authorised driver through a controlled link. Working-hour and access controls apply; this is not a public login and an arbitrary user cannot enter station operations.
ROUTES AND RUNS
A route is a recurring ordered customer plan. A run is a dated operational load within that work. Completed and handled stops remain attached to the responsible driver, terminal, and time.
OFF-ROUTE WORK
If a driver is diverted to an existing customer outside the active route, Driver Search can locate that registered customer and allow the transaction to be recorded correctly. Search does not create an unregistered customer; the Owner must add or correct customer information through administration.
DISPATCH
The Owner can assign customer work to another authorised driver or terminal. Accepted work becomes controlled and handled rather than duplicated, with completion, cancellation, decline, and reassignment kept auditable.
STOCK ACCOUNTABILITY
GallonTracker starts from what was physically loaded, then accounts for water delivered, leaked or damaged, returned, and still available. Transfers do not rewrite the authoritative available figure. Physical container sales affect container inventory and do not reduce water stock.
REPORTING
Run and end-of-day reporting bring together operational activity, route progress, payment and cash context, documents, and stock for Owner review.
RUN LOCATION AUDIT
Where enabled and transaction location is available, the Owner can review a selected run visually on a map. Pins can include customer, driver, time, outcome or payment context, reported GPS accuracy, and distance from the stored customer pin. GPS precision varies, and automatically captured transaction locations do not overwrite the permanent customer GPS pin.
