GallonTracker public-beta conditions
These conditions describe authorised use of GallonTracker, a YudyTech product, during the current free public beta.
Beta status and access
Beta access is free during the current testing period. Applications are reviewed and access is not automatic. The software may change, features may be added or removed, and availability or uninterrupted operation is not promised.
Authorised and appropriate use
Use GallonTracker only for the participating business and through authorised Owner, terminal, driver, and BYOD access. Do not probe, disrupt, bypass controls, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, misuse location functions, or use the service to harm others.
Business, staff, and device responsibility
The participating business is responsible for correct staff, customer, delivery, payment, route, stock, and other operational information; for its legal authority to use that information; and for protecting devices, credentials, enrolment links, browser sessions, and physical access.
Location and operational records
Location functionality is used only where enabled and available. GPS and network conditions can affect accuracy. Operational reports and records support review but do not replace the business's responsibility to check its physical stock, cash, documents, customer obligations, and required records.
Feedback
Participants may provide feedback and bug reports for evaluation and product improvement. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information in feedback.
Intellectual property
GallonTracker software, branding, documentation, and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Beta access grants permission to use the service for the authorised evaluation and operation; it does not transfer ownership.
Suspension and termination
Beta access may be limited, suspended, or ended to protect users or systems, address misuse or security issues, respond to operational needs, or conclude the beta. A business should maintain the independent information and procedures it needs to continue operating.
Beta limitations
GallonTracker is provided for public-beta evaluation and authorised operations in its current state. To the extent reasonably permitted, YudyTech does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every business process. Nothing here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Future service
Free beta access does not promise permanent free use. Any future commercial terms, service levels, features, or eligibility may differ and will be communicated separately before they apply.
